Wrap it

A while ago I had this wonderful egg thingy at the Whythe Hotel at their restaurant, Reynards. Besides the fact that there was a couple right next to us in a full on make out session (tacky!) we really enjoyed this egg-bake. It’s like a frittata but I think just baked in a pan with tons of Gruyere and ham…And it was nice to get a compliment about my perforated white scarf from the gorgeous waitress (all of the staff here are attractive..!)..
