They come in blocks and basically you just add water to a pot, along with your veggies like potato, carrot, and hot pepper. Protein can be anything. Chicken, steak…whatever you like..even fish or shrimp. I’d stick with Chicken or Beef though. Actually, I’ve found the best results with steak.
