I will not be able to get over this image from HL’s runway show back when Mr. Lang was actually designing. The blocked off turtleneck plus slightly disheveled pencil case clutch…still my mind boggles just thinking about how influential his language is today with some designers who have quite literally lifted his aesthetic with no shame. A++.

Andy Warhol Documentary
Apparently the government is trying to regulate the internet..but for now we can still be grateful for the abundance of free information. Netflix’s documentary section really sucks, (except for the Sushi Documentary) but if you’re looking to educate yourself watch this two part in-depth documentary on Andy Warhol. Those documentaries on biography channel are all video pans (up, down, zoom) of photos, kind of like E true hollywood story (which are entertaining no doubt) but the one I’ve recommended here is super detailed…enjoy!

I bet you never guessed that ghost is one of my favorite movies. Whoopi Goldberg is everything in it, mostly her banter with swayze makes this movie! I actually just watched this recently and there are some fashion instances (whoopi wears a wallet purse in it several times) that are similar to my style… And remember Willie Lopez, the one who shoots swayze… He rocks a half sleeve hoodie!! Ok enough. Watch it.
Fully lit
This has been a crazy week, no power and so eager to get packages out to customers… Everything will be sent out ASAP but things are still a bit shaky so it might take a couple more days to get fully settled. I sincerely hope my readers have not suffered any physical harm from this hurricane… I checked into a spa for a couple of days… Here is a photo from one of those days. See you on the main!
